<h2><a name="P127_5352"></a><b>Making Knowledge Builder booksets available</b></h2>

<nr class = "norm">By default, a Knowledge Builder Client makes available all booksets during installation. The<b> Server </b>tab on the KB Administration Utility gives the administrator the control whether a bookset is made available to the user or not. Typically, this would be done when booksets reside on a networked server that has the KB Client installed.</nr><br>

<p class="adnorm">This Server function controls whether or not booksets are available to the clients targeting this Knowledge Builder server location. This can be used to restrict users from some information. A bookset that is deselected and therefore hidden to users is not uninstalled. It is available to be exposed in the future.</p>
<p class="adnorm">Within the KB Delivery Engine on the Preferences tab, is the ability to show or hide available booksets in the treeview. This allows users to set their personal preferences whether or not available booksets are exposed.</p>
