<P>You can initiate the available functions listed in this section through the shortcut menu in the <B>Contents</B> tab, <B>Search</B> tab, or <B>Favorites </B>tab. Not all functions are available in all tabs.  The procedures in this section are based on using the <B>Contents</B> tab, but they can be easily adapted for use in another tab. </P>

<P>This function collapses all nodes in topic window's treeview. The result is only the bookset nodes are visible. </P>

<p class="adnorm">Printing from within Knowledge Builder is accomplished by two methods:</p>
<li class = "admonbullet1"> The toolbar Print icon - prints the displayed content only</li>
<li class = "admonbullet1"> From treeview, right-click node - print options include Current Node, Complete Section, or Entire Book.</li>
<p class="adnorm">You may use the native application's print function for file types, such as Acrobat PDF, to print such hosted content directly from the Knowledge Builder.</p>

<P>Use the following procedure to initiate a print out of selected content. This procedure assumes that you have connected a printer to your computer. </P>
